Why does this house exist?

After a first hospitality adventure in the palm grove of Marrakech, followed by a concept store and a restaurant in Aix en Provence, we felt like doing it all over again. Rather than renovate, we preferred to build: clean lines, concrete outside and color inside...zero regrets.
